Buy one from zShops for: $379.76

Not too bad for the price...There are a couple of things that are detractions to the product. 1) It is noisy. When it kicks on it is rather loud and stays loud until the compressor turns off again. I am a bit worried about possible excessive vibrations but I don't know enough about the effects of such on wine and its storage to justify my fear. 2) The temperature range is supposed to stay within ten degrees but I find that on occasion it fluctuates a little more than that.
With all that said. I can't complain. I am not a connoisseur, just an enthusiast, and so this wine "cellar" is good enough for me.

Warning to buyersThey bring fulfillment to the adage, "Let the buyer beware." We have wasted hours trying to get our machine fixed. Do not buy one of their products.
Our machine is located in Iowa.
Great cellar for the price.

Fine if you're not too fussyAlso, the temperature setting fluctuates on a daily basis probably too much for someone who is very concerned about a constant and exact temperature. There is also no humidity setting.
One other caution: to actually hold 24 bottles, you'll have to do some creative bottle arranging. Many wine experts say one should buy the largest capacity one should afford. With that said, you might want to spring for at least a 30 bottle capacity if you think you'll be collecting in the future.
For us, the unit is fine. If this model at this price had been unavailable, I probably would not have bought one at all. So, as an entry level wine cellar it is OK.
Perfect Size for the average Wine Drinker

Important Point to ConsiderThe main thing to remember here is that you need to either situate this in a dark place (a basement would be better than a garage since your electric bill will be less) or you need to plan on using it only for short-term wine storage -- very important fact to remember in deciding on models to purchase.
Great wine cooler for small spaces - holds more, too!I use this to store red wines, and it does a great job for my needs. I have a small apartment, and this unit's size was perfect. It keeps the wines at the proper temp, and yes there's a faint bit of gurgling noise when the compressor is operating, but no more noticeable that your household fridge.
For the money, this is really a great deal, esp. with the 5-year warranty. ...

Folks: please do not buy cheap things ...Folks, my father, when asked by someone why he is buying expensive things, he answered simply; "I am too poor to buy cheap things!". Too bad I myself forget these very deep thought sometimes.
PS Too bad that Amazon does not have start the star counting at minus infinity. That's where this piece ... is at. And too bad Amazon is doing business with these kind of companies.
Elegant and Functionalreadout. I have it set for red wine and keep white wine at the bottom where it is about 8 degrees cooler.
It is a very elegant piece with the brushed steel handle and the black front with see-thru.
The stated capacity of 60 bottles is optimistic since it requires putting one bottle sideways in front of the five bottles facing forward on the top 9 shelves. This will not work if you have any longer bottles on a shelf, but with most bottles it works fine. Overall, an excellent buy.
very satisfied - wish i had bought an even larger model !!!
