Too small for me
It is always difficult to get a feel for the size of a thing when looking at a picture, even when they give you the measurements. Well, this baby turned out to be tiny! This set must have been designed for the smallest toaster oven ever made. I'd be afraid of roasting/broiling any type of meat in an oven this small for fear of a grease fire. It would probably be fine for rolls or fish, but nothing with any amount of fat. My toaster oven is much larger and this set is just too small to make it worth plugging it in.

Very convenient set.
great little pan and rack which only uses a bit over half the space in my toaster oven. Like it for applications such as: cooking sausage links on pan and rack, but also having room to do hash-brown patties in remaining oven space; or, doing hamburger on the pan and rack, warming frozen french frys on another tray all at once.

all-purpose toaster oven pan
I use the bottom pan in my toaster oven all the time--baking a few cookies, reheating pizza, anything that requires a nonstick surface. I use the nonstick rack for cooling cookies or a loaf of bread from the breadmaker. I don't really use it to broil meat because my toaster oven doesn't get hot enough, and I probably wouldn't use this pan in a conventional broiler. But it's great for everything else, and much better than the flimsy pan my toaster oven originally came with.

Received this item for Christmas
The coffee pot leaks when pouring. The filter part is very poorly designed, you have to be sure to "lock" it into place or the coffee will run out the sides. The top is flimsy. I like the warming trays but, i wish the tray could be moved up or down.

Great Home Office Spacesaver!
We bought one of these 5 months ago and love all we can do with it! It is small, but it heats single servings, grills sandwiches, and will do both at once. We keep it in our home office for snacks and for warm-ups--compact and efficient for those things. The only flaw is that the coffee pot drips almost as much as it pours.

Don't bother to buy this
Don't bother to buy this item. A copule of months after I bought this item, toaster side broke and I had to send it back to get it repaired. It took them 4-5 weeks to ship it back and I had to pay the shipping charges both ways.

Stubborn handle
This is such a neat toaster, I got it at my bridal shower, and was so excited to use it. And it worked great the first few times. But the on the toaster part of it... the handle that you press down to push the bread into the toasting slots wouldn't stay down. I had to push over and over again before it finally decided to stay and toast my bread. It doesn't happen everytime, but is very annoying. but the oven part of it has been wonderful, and I haven't had any problems with it at all.

Looks great, toasts slow.
PRO's - Looks cool. I like the little button that makes the toast pop up if you want it sooner than you've set the timer. The oven part keeps a fairly constant temp if you want to slowly heat something or keep it warm. I like the timer dial has numbers for the number of minutes you want to keep it on.

CONS - surface gets VERY hot. My last toaster oven (black and decker I think) I could pick the thing up, touch it anywhere and it was never this hot. If you have the oven part turned on a few minutes later you will not be able to touch the oven to move it on your counter. Be careful. On the back of the oven there are little plastic rods that stick out so you can't push it all the way up against the wall - I think this is because it gets so hot it might melt the cord on the back. You can almost see the little plastic things I'm talking about in the picture. The timer is a stinking wind up timer that you hear going "tick, tick, tick,...". The toaster is incredibly slow. Be prepared to wait 5 minutes (an eternity, believe me) for a lousy piece of toast in the toaster section.

All in all its not bad. For the people trying to bake cookies in a toaster oven all I have to say is, "what are you stupid?"
