This product is adequate. It takes a long time for the water to cool when it is first pluggged in, an thereafter the compressor seems to run almost all the time. The water flow rate is slower than on the cooler I had previously rented. Still, at this price, it is much better than renting a cooler from the bottled water company.

I got this office quality water cooler to replace my rental from the water company. It works great and looks great!

My husband and I purchased this iron and it worked great...for about a month. The retractable cord device ceased to function and would no longer allow the cord to be extracted in order to plug the thing in. We tried to turn the device on the bottom to get the cord out but this caused the iron to stop functioning all together. We were extremely disappointed. The craftsmanship was flimsy and cheap. When we called Hamilton Beach to complain and try to return the item, they did not want to take the item back. After forcing our way to the top of the customer service chain, however, we were finally able to return the item for the purchase price. I spent much less on different iron from another maker and was completely satisfied.

Fortunately, I only iron infrequently. This iron is great. It works well and it did not cost a mint. The retractable cord is great. And the steam is incredible.
