The Red Wood Handle Whisk is great! It is heavily constructed of stainless steel. The large handle is easy to grip while mixing items. Handwashing of this item is easy because of its unique construction.

Best makes excellent heavy-duty commercial products that are well suited for use in the home kitchen. This Best 12-Inch Balloon Whisk is great for whipping up whole eggs or blending sauces in a stainless steel bowl. This size is fairly easy for anyone to use. The Best 14-Inch Balloon Whisks and French Balloon Whisks require a bit more experience and good wrist and arm muscle strength and endurance if, for example, one plans to whisk up a couple of pints of heavy cream into whipped cream or a half-dozen egg whites into stiff peak consistency, as is necessary for folding them into Belgian waffles. (One might be better off using a KitchenAid Stand Mixer.) Be sure to chill bowls and beaters (or whisks) first, and make sure they are scrupulously clean, before attempting to whip egg whites. Also for the serious enthusiast, nothing else will do except an unlined (chilled) pure copper bowl. (I found mine at a bargain in an out-of-the-way antiques store.)

My Wife loves to make deviled eggs, but she hated to have to set them out on just a plate where they would slide around and get somewhat messy. This whisk makes making a roux very pleasant - first, the size is nice, as your hands aren't right down in the hot fat. Second, it's almost two-dimensional, so it's optimized for scraping the bottom of the skillet or roaster you're making roux in. It does one thing, and it does it really well. This would make a great stocking stuffer for whoever roasts the Christmas beast in your family.

It's massive. You will need a big bowl to work in. I prefer a 6 quart stainless steel bowl, for example, or my copper sabayon bowl which is roughly the size of a Citroen. All these qualifiers aside, egg whites run and hide when they see me drag this out of the drawer. The sturdy wires, full shape and comfortable handle make this my preferred tool for egg whites (at least four of them), whipped cream (at least a cupful) and some batters (genoise, anyone?). I promise this will cut the time you spend to whip eggwhites and the like by hand, and make it so mcuh fun, that you'll stop using the mixer to do so.

My wife and I like these simple, easy to use noodle bowls. They're our favorite for eating rice and rice dishes. However, inspect your set carefully. Our first arrived with a cracked bowl, and the second arrived with spoons that were flawed. Once we had a good set, however, we found them to be keepers!

This set has become one of my favorites. I eat rice at least three times a week and love this bowl set. It holds my chopsticks perfectly, and just the right amount of rice. I did not, however, like the chopsticks included. But, for a few extra dollars you can buy a nice pair of chopsticks (plastic last longest) at any Japanese store, or your grocery store. Overall, this is a fun way to set the table when you have company and want to serve rice.

These bowls are just adorable. They are large enough to hold a lot of soup, noodles, rice, whatever you want... and they are really easy to clean.

Nice and simple, but so completely western if you ask me. It has more of the English tearoom effect than the Japanese love for the beautiful in the simple things of life. Japanese dishes are so creative and breathtaking in their simple beauty--why are most of the options for sale here in the US so boring? I have resorted to making my own sushi dishes, and I can tell you they're a lot more interesting than these. If you want something fast get these. but if you want personality keep looking. let me know if you find anything really good.

I looked everywhere for a matching set of sushi plates and accessories. This is the one I got. I checked out other sets, and they really came up in price. I got 2 of these, along with noodles 2 GO bowls that match.

The BIA Cordon Bleu 'Sushi 2 Go' set is the perfect thing for take home, or made at home sushi. Sushi just isn't the same without a proper place setting, and the Sushi 2 Go set remedies this problem in style. The clean, graceful lines of the white porcelain dishes will easily go with any other white dishes you may have in your cupboard. It certainly doesn't have to be just for sushi either, the plates are simple enough that you could serve just about anything on them.

The set includes two plates, two small dishes for soy sauce and two sets of dark wood chopsticks. Oh yeah, and let's not forget about the little white fish chopstick holders, pretty cute but I don't use them very often. The porcelain isn't the brightest white I have seen, but the finish on my set is smooth and flawless. They also wash up very easily, a very nice surprise. If you're not into fancy patterns and ornate details this set is definitely for you!

This is not a very good wisk. The loops are uneven and the chrome hasp on the cheap wooden handle is thinly and unevenly plated. Is it worth ($) bucks? Maybe, but you could probably find a better one for not much more.

This is a high quality product for a low price. Sturdy construction, quality materials, and multi-function. It is the perfect tool for mixing a fragile sauce, emulsifying salad dressings, and mixing small amounts of ingredients. DO NOT buy a whip for whipping cream and egg whites.
