I love this griddle; it has become my favorite piece of cookware. Durable, even-heating, and easy to clean, it has made me decide to purchase a complete set of Anolon cookware when my other stuff wears out.

If you ever thought you'd never need a griddle, wait till you take this one out for a test drive! Anolon's anodized alumimum cladding heats and cooks evenly, and on a ceramic top burner, it's the perfect pan for hotcakes and hamburgers. It fits 4 man-sized hamburgers readily and with its low edges (compared to skillets), flipping the burgers is a breeze. The Dupont Autograph lining, the best in non-stick lining, makes for effortless clean-up. The Anolon product quality is excellent. If you're looking to "upgrade" your cookware but can't quite stomach the prices of Calphalon, Anolon is the way to go.

Everything simply slides right off of these pots and pans! They are very sturdy and functional. The handles have no rivets that go through the pan and collect gunk, and they are oven proof up to 350 F, a great feature. I also love the clear lids that let me see what I am cooking.
I have never put these through the dish washer nor have I used any cooking sprays on them. Both of these things are supposed to be harmful to the teflon coating, but I have found that nothing will stick to them so cleaning is easy, and little oil is needed. This set came with everything I needed for my daily cooking needs, but I have recently added the pasta pot and griddle to my collection and love them both.

I recently was looking through Amazon's site and saw the price on this set and I was amazed. My wife and I received this set almost 10 years ago as a wedding gift. At that time it sold for about [money]. Our set still looks almost new! The clear glass lids work great and are very rugged. They have been dropped and banged around many times with no ill effects. Our saute pan is showing signs of wear but considering it is used every day it still lets a fried egg slide right out with no oil! I'm planning on buy another set and just keeping in the attic!! The bonus casserole pan makes this offer almost to hard to believe! Buy this with confidence!

I love this set. The nonstick surface works very well, and is easy to clean. The see-thru lids are nice, and the work well on the saute pans and skillets as well (even though they aren't pictured that way). The lids make great splatter screens. The quality is very good. These items were on our wedding registry. What a great, lasting item.

I bought two crepe pans: the Analon crepe pan and the Lodge 10 1/2 inch cast iron pan. I preferred the Analon pan because of the following reasons:
-It doesn't get sticky.
-The handle is better designed than the Lodge pan because it doesn't get hot.
-It is very versatile: excellent for Vietnamese crepes, pancake and omelettes.

What I don't like about this item:
-Its non-stick layer won't last long if get scratches.

Overall, I would give it a five-star; however, it took me more than three-and-half weeks to receive most of my orders from Amazon.

How sad is this? Writing a review of a pancake frying pan! But then, it takes all sorts.

Basically, this pan (or one like it) is what you really need to make good pancakes. So, why this pan, and not just an ordinary frying pan? Well, first, this pan is nice and wide, so you can make big, but thin, pancakes. Second, it's nice and shallow, so the pancakes can be slid out easily (this is the problem, I find with ordinary frying pans, they ofter have high and steep sides, which make it difficult to move the pancakes about, and to get them out). Third, it's non-stick, so that you can, at a pinch, make pancakes without using butter (but who would want to do that? It's like going to the cinema without loading up on the sweets and popcorn first - it's do-able, but just not quite right).

If pancakes are your thing, then you really should invest the small amount to do them right. Even if all you do is make a few around pancake Tuesday, then this pan will last the rest of your life! Using this pan makes making pancakes much easier and more hassle free. Just remember, only use this pan for pancakes, not for anything else. Then it will stay in good condition, will never need harsh cleaning, and will keep making lovely pancakes for ages.

Recipe for Crepes Suzette: Make your pancakes as usual (basic recipe is 4oz flour, 1/2 pint milk, 1 egg, pinch salt and a dash of melted butter. Mix well together to make the batter, and leave overnight if possible). When pancakes are made, fold them into quarters and put aside. To make the sauce, you need roughly equal amounts of butter, sugar, and orange juice (the actual amount of which depents on how much sauce you need, but a little goes a long way). Melt the butter, add the sugar until it's melted, and is beginning to go a bit sticky. Then add the orange juice, to dissolve the sticky sauce, into a thinner...sticky sauce! Allow this to bubble for a bit, and thenadd the pancakes to the sauce to coat them well and heat them up. Then add a shot of Grand Marnier preferably, or Cointreau, or else brandy, as a last resort, to the bubbling pan. Allow to heat up for a few seconds, and then flambé it, by (carefully) lighting the fumes! You have to be very careful here not to set yourself or the kitchen alight, so if you're not to sure, you can just not flambé it. Serve the crepes with a bit of the sauce drizzled on top. Yum!

This is a great stir-fry pan for making 1-2 servings. I like it because it is lightweight and easy for me to handle. The nonstick interior makes clean up a breeze. Although I haven't had the need to try it yet, I like the idea that it is oven safe up to 350 degrees. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

I ordered and am now returning this set if utensils. My wife has a set of Analon Professional cookware, so I thought these would be a nice accessory. When the box arrived, it says FREE with any purchase of Analon over $150, so it looks really cheesy as a gift. The tools themselves look to be low quality and are rather small. After receiving this set, I did a more thorough search for Ananlon utensils and found their "Sure Grip" line at Linens N Things. They are $10 per piece, so about double the price, but at least triple the quality. I think she'll love the new ones!
