This pan made me realize why. Others had never been flat or solid enough. This pan feels like it is made of stone. It is very heavy, very level and distributes heat incredibly evenly.

You drop an egg on this Griddle, it stays where it is put, rather than making a hiatus for the nearest warp or low spot.

If you have a level cooking surface, especially something like the glass cooking surface I have, this pan is awesome. In fact, every Anolon pan I have is.

I am still trying to figure out why folks waste their money on Calphalon when this product is so much cheaper and such high quality.

I've owned my set of Meyer pot and pans for over three years. They are by far the best set of cookware I've ever had. I highly recommend them.

I have brought Analon cookware. They quality is superb. The nonstick capabilities are superior. For the price this set is a steal. This set will last a long time. It compares very well to Calphalon products.

Anolon Professional cooks evenly and is a breeze to clean. With this most recent purchase, I now have over 30 pieces.

It is not dishwasher safe, but do not let that be a deterent. The pots and pans clean up with soap and warm water . . . no elbow grease is needed.

I have been a loyal customer of Meyer and Anolon products for years but this particular Anolon open French skillet was a huge disappointment! Though it appears to be well made, food sticks to this skillet like super-glue. Despite using butter or olive oil or despite using lower heat as recommended, my particular skillet has only lead to frustration when attempting to remove the food from the surface after cooking. I was so certain I received a defective skillet that I mailed it to Anolon for inspection/replacement. My skillet was returned with Anolon stating that upon careful inspection there was "no defect" in the skillet. It has become apparent to me that my "stick" skillet is the norm for this product. Pass on this one, you'll be in for a big disappointment. You'll spend more time cleaning it than cooking with it!

This pan is purfect for our needs, great pan, easy to use, I am glad that I bought it, Very good for the price. cooks eyes with out sticking, you can also grill cheese sandwiches. It is just a very good pan over all, I can not think of anything negative about this pan.

This is a great pan. I got one Christmas 2001, and bought one for my son, daughter, folks, and Aunt Christmas 2002. It is just perfect for breakfast eggs, bacon, etc, plus cooking any small/medium portion of anything. This is the 5th Anolon Professional I have ...they are flat out the best pans I have found. I cook a LOT, and have tried a lot of pans, these are terrific, and reasonably priced. ...Amazing.
They also look very good hanging, the handles are beautiful, and never get hot. Two thumbs up!!!!

This pan is very convenient with it non-stick feature and prevention of splattering. Now with this pan I am able to cook fried rice hassle free and meats and fish easily wihtout worrying that the hot oil may accidently splash or jump up. I recommend this pan to anyone is spends a lot of time in the kitchen for this pan is ideal for cooking any kind of food at all!

I have several Anolon Professional pans and skillets. The finish is superb and outlasts any other non-stick I have tried. The problem with this offering is that KitchenEtc. has incorrectly listed the pan as having a 3 quart capacity when it actually is a 2-3/4 quart pan. The diameter is also only 10 inches. I needed a larger capacity pan and am having to return the item for a refund due to the listing error. KitchenEtc. needs to correct its description of this pan. Also, the item arrived without a packing slip or return label. I had to place a call to customer service as a result. I believe the vendor will make good on this, but it has been a hassle, and I still don't have the pan I need.
