These cake pans are certainly the best I've ever owned. I was so tired of making what had the potential to be a great cake, only to have half of it left in the pan, despite my best efforts. Since buying these, I've cleaned my cabinets of all my old bakeware, and switched to Calphalon.

I wouldn't say that they turn out perfect every time, but it's pretty darn close. You should definitely follow Calphalon's directions when they say prep the pan as you would any other, and follow the cake recipe as though this were not a non-stick pan. That is the only way you are going to have the easy slide-out. When I didn't do that, thinking to myself that the pans were that amazing, my cakes stuck.

Take note of the fact that you can't stack them - make sure you've got the room to store them.

Also, you cannot put them in the dishwasher. This is a very important point when it comes to Calphalon.

I still have not used the cake decorating kit that comes with these two cakes pans - but the quality is obviously excellent - exactly what you would expect from Calphalon.

This is absolutely a great deal, as you'll never have to buy cake pans again.

This is a great value for two professional Calphalon pans plus a bonus decorating kit. I tried to find a decorating kit here seperately and could not find one, so I was delighted to see this package.
Cakes turn out perfectly in these pans, though they tend to be done 5 minutes or so early. They cook evenly and easily slip out of the pans after baking.
These pans are not dishwasher safe and you aren't supposed to stack them without something between them so it doesn't damage the finish. Keep that in mind when buying.

These are absolutely the best cookie sheets I have ever owned. All my bakeware is Calphalon so I am accustomed to the dark finish. Actually, many newer recipes adjust the cooking times for dark finish bakeware. The sides are bent up so you can easily grab them in the oven. I have 4 of these cookie sheets; I like to get a batch ready while the first is in the oven. They are easy to stack on top of one another however I put a paper towel in between them so they don't scratch each other. The nonstick finish is fantastic, I can't say that I have cleaned anything burnt on them yet but they are very easy to clean. You really don't even need a spatula; the cookies literally slide right off. Definitely a wise investment!

While I was reluctant to spend this much money on a cookie sheet, I'm really glad that I did. This is the best cookie sheet I've ever owned. I purchased two of the large sheets and now need the medium sized sheet for the extra overflow of cookies. They bake well and actually look like the cookies in the recipe's pictures. Great purchase~

I was a little hestitant about spending so much for these cookie sheets. However, I read all the reviews and purchased them as a gift for a "baker" and we have been very happy with the "treats".
My only complaint is the extra pounds that comes with owning them...LOL.

My wife and I received a set of these cookie sheets as a wedding present. My first impression of them was that they were very nicely manufactured. They present as a sheet of heavy guage aluminum coated with a very slippery non-stick finish, each end being bent up a bit to make it easier to grab.

My disappointment with these cookie sheets came not with their construction, but with their use. The combination of a solid sheet and a dark-dark finish wreaked havoc with cookie recipes that I have been making for over a decade on my shiny aluminum cookie sheets.

I played around with the recipes several times, trying shorter cooking times and even a lower temperature oven, but I just could not make cookies the way I can on my old reliables.

Sure, you can clean up a burnt chocolate-chip cookie off of these sheets easily, and you will have to, because using these sheets you are MORE likely to burn the cookies in the first place!

(If you already are comfortable with dark cookie sheets, I would give these a 5. They are very well made.)

I got these cookie sheets because I needed some - but I've been really disappointed with them. Most of the reviews are right for the most part - they do have a fantastic non-stick finish and they do stack easily in the cupboard. My problem with them is that whenever I make cookies with them, my cookies are burned on the bottom and barely done on the top. Also, they are a little TOO big and I have a difficult time washing them after usage. They don't fit very well in the sink at all. Overall I give them 3 stars because they don't work well for me - but they are as advertised.

I have never owned cookie sheets like these. It is impossible to have something stick to it--even burned chocolate chips wipe off with a paper towel. I even bought a set for my mother who couldn't believe how easy they were to cleanup.

Although Calphalon claims this pan is "heavy gauge aluminum" it is not. It is steel, with all the drawbacks of steel; weight, rust, uneven heating, etc. It is adequate for the price, but don't expect a high quality Calphalon aluminum pan. It isn't.

The Calphalon Commercial Nonstick Bakeware collection is excellent. I recommend them without reservation. This large rectangular pan is a great size for sheet cakes, roasts, lasagna, or just about anything you plan to bake or roast. This pan is very high quality and the nonstick coating is superb! You can count on a perfect cake with this pan. One note: you may want to check on your cake a couple of minutes early. I have noticed that cakes are done a little quicker in pans with a dark finish. Many newer recipes will indicate the timing for dark finish bakeware. This pan is also a breeze to clean, just a little soap and water and you are done. Wonderful Pan! Highly recommended!

Also, read the Calphalon brochure in the box, if you plan to nest this pan with others make sure to put a paper towel between them to prevent any damage to the nonstick coating. And, this pan is not dishwasher safe.

I wouldn't even trade it for an All Clad bake pan, all my cookware is All Clad and I love it but nothing beats high quality, heavy duty Nonstick bakeware!

this pan is BIG and wonderful if you make lasagna or casseroles for a large group. like all their products clean up is a breeze.

This product is excellent. I have used it twice with no problems (knock on wood). Even though it's nonstick, I still coat the pan with shortnening. The loaves come out with no problem and the pan is a snap to clean. Just rinse and that's it. Nothing gets stuck in crevices and the loaves come out just the right texture and color. Great pan for a great price.

I have taken much pride in my kitchen wares, only buying what I thought was better products. Then I discovered Calphalon! I am presently replacing everything. I purchased this large loaf pan and compared it to what I presently have. The pan is heavier and obviously is of quality. I could not beleive the results that I acheived with this pan. I immediately got rid of my other three loaf pans and will only purchase Calphalon from now on.

The Calphalon Commercial Nonstick Bakeware line is excellent. The nonstick coating is superb, they are heavy, sturdy and very well made. The nonstick coating is so slippery nothing sticks to it. I have the large, medium and mini set of loaf pans and they are all fantastic. The large and medium sizes are great for breads, banana bread, pound cake, etc. and the minis are great for holiday baked gifts or personalized desserts. Who wouldn't like their own mini pound cake?

Although you could, I don't use my bakeware for meats, I prefer to use bakeware for baking and stainless (All Clad) or stoneware (Le Creuset Poterie) for meats and meatloaf.

I have a Calphalon cookware set which as held up pretty well over the years, so I decided to buy this to replace my old warped out jelly roll pan. After the first use, I go look inside and I see this thing had warped also, which was evident by the one or two corners up in the air off the rack. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed with something which is "supposed" to be high quality, turned out to be junk. I've since returned this back to Amazon for credit....

I used the jelly roll pan for the first time and it warped horribly. It is a heavyweight pan so I was not expecting that to happen. It has since warped in the oven everytime I have used it and it has not been used in high tempatures. Very disapointed with the product, especially since I paid extra for the Calphalon name expecting to get better quality.

It was so nice to get a new piece of kitchen 'equipment' from Amazon.com that proved to be wonderful in every way. This Cephalon pan I bought to make English Toffee from a recipe that I love, but that requires a jelly roll pan rather than a cookie sheet. It's taken me several tries to get this recipe to work...one person said I needed a heavier pan in which to cook the toffee, and a heavier pan into which to pour the toffee. So I found this online at Amazon.com, and bought it. The last batch of toffee I made and put into this pan turned out to be the best yet. It's a very nice pan, good hefty weight to it, washes up by hand very easily. My husband is even impressed with it...so it's out with the old .... cooking utensils and in with the Cephalon. Next, I plan to get the professional 3 quart saucepot in which to cook the toffee ASAP!

All of them broke at the metal clasp within the first three uses.

I have used the little pans for several months without problem. The bottoms are very heavy and seem to conduct heat well. I have had no problems with the clasps. I have enjoyed these very much
