I cook for a livin'...
Pricey? YES! Worth it? YES!!!

These blades blow away any and all others. I own the Santoku, the Chef's and the Parer and I seldom use my Euro knives anymore unless I'm cutting bone which will damage these thin blades so... if yer choppin' up a whole chicken use a heavier European blade.

This set is the Schiznit!!! 5 mojo*z for these delicate supermodels.
