Shhh...we don't want you to know...
This is a top o' the world line of knives...for professionals only. We don't want the public to start buying this superior brand of knives 'cause they'll start raising the prices. Stick with the lesser Wusthofs... please? ...they have better hype anyway.

This knife was ordered for me as a gift. Never arrived. After several email exchanges with Amazon, I was finally able to learn who ordered it for me. Amazon, by the way, was not willing to provide service in clearing the matter up. Instead, they referred me to the merchant that they front. With service like this, who needs to order through Amazon?
