In short -- these are the best knives I've ever used.

They are very high quality, very comfortable to use (as are OXO products in gerneral) and are made of very fine steel. When you put it all together they just work great.

Excellent knives

Just received the set and love these knives. For the price they are well worth it. Compare them to other names and you'll see you get 6 knives instead of 4 and the maple block for considerabely less. The only thing you dont get is lesser quality. These knives are very sharp, and from experience with their other knives they keep a very sharp edge over time. I would highly reccommend them for someone looking for a high quality low price steak knife set.
