The Best but OverpricedSo why only only 4 stars? Look at the price. For the price of one All Clad bowl, you can buy a whole set (or two) of other brands. I plan on giving these to my grandchildren.
The 1-1/2Qt is good for mixing about 1-serving's worth or maybe 2-serving's worth of pancake batter or holding ingredients, but not much else. Finally, it doesn't look like they do, but they do stack/nest just like other bowls despite the handles.
All-Clad Stainless 1-1/2-Quart Mixing Bowl - The Best! The bases of the All Clad mixing bowls are a good size and there is no danger that anything could tip over, that is unless you tip it over yourself! They are also very, very easy to clean and they nest together perfectly to save space. I am also planning to add the 1-quart size to my collection soon. Top quality and excellent design! Once you use these bowls you will not want to use any others! If you are considering this bowl, check out the 3-bowl set, it is a great value! Highly recommended!

- 1-1/2-quart pan's flared sides make whisking sauce easy
- Three-ply: stainless-steel layers sandwich pure aluminum core for even heating
- Comfortable lid and stay-cool pan handles riveted for strength
- Dishwasher safe, but hand washing recommended
- Lifetime warranty against defects

5 stars, but mine was defectiveThis pot is great for cooking varying quantities due to the slope, and is great for pouring due to the curved lip.
I've gradually been changing my cooking gear over to All-clad because of the quality. It's definitely like cooking with the cadilac of cookware: Overall 5 star for the whole set I possess.
Awesome SaucesThe 1.5 quart Windsor Pan was the champion of our meal last night - it made me look like a pro when making the gravy for a Sunday roast beef dinner, and I'm sure it will more than do the job on other sauces, too. As other reviewers say, whisking and pouring are much easier than with a standard straight walled sauce pan, and the slanted sides also help to concentrate the flavors as sauces are reduced.

- Three-ply: stainless-steel layers sandwich pure aluminum core for even heating
- Stay-cool handles riveted for strength
- Classic straight-sided, 1-quart saucepan ideal for many dishes and sauces
- Lid from All-Clad Stainless 2-quart saucepan fits this saucepan
- Hand washing recommended; lifetime warranty against defects
List price: $67.00 (that's 78% off!)
Used price: $40.00

Perfect Size, Excellent Pan!
All-Clad = All-Champion!This pan is a great size for gravy, sauces, etc. You pick it up and can feel how durable it is (very heavy in contrast to the cheapie pots). The handle stays wonderfully cool and is solidly attached to the pot (unlike cheapies, I highly doubt the handle on this pot will ever come loose!) The ease of cooking with this (such even heat distribution!) is a joy. Clean up? Piece of cake! All I've ever needed to do is use soap, water and a cloth-covered sponge.
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend the All-Clad brand to anyone who needs new cookware. I am completely sold and cannot wait to buy our next piece! Thumbs up from this extremely, deliriously happy customer.
Outstanding valueAs others have mentioned, the pan does not come with a lid. If you have other All Clad cookware, this is not a problem - the pan is the same diameter as the 1 1/2 and 2 quart saucepans, and the lids from those fit this 1 quart version just fine. All Clad makes most of its pans in standard diameters, so there are only a few lid sizes that are needed -- the 1, 1 1/2, and 2 quart saucepans all use the same size lid; the 3 and 4 quart saucepans use the same lid as the 2 quart saute pan and 2 1/2 quart Windsor; the 6 and 8 quart stockpots use the same size lid as the 3 quart saute pan. So as your collection grows, you will find you dont really need a lid for each pan (unless you actually want to use all of them at once, and have enough burners on the range to do so!)
Keep an eye out for deals like this one on All Clad. They sometimes make available various small pans at a very low price to introduce people to the line. (One of my first purchases was the 1 1/2 quart pan in stainless, an extremely handy size which they apparently do not currently make in stainless; it is available only in the MasterChef2.)

- Heavy, durable 8-inch-square cake pan
- Five-ply: stainless-steel layers sandwich three-layer aluminum core
- Gold-colored, stick-resistant baking surface won't chip or flake
- Safe with metal utensils; dishwasher-safe
- Lifetime warranty against defects

IF I KNEW YOU WERE COMING I'D HAVE USED ANOTHER CAKE PANI broke into the cooky jar and paid the whopping price for this All-Clad cake pan, thinking it was a lifetime investment and would serve us well. Should have rethought that.
Every cook probably has a recipe for this chocolate cake. I've heard it called "Mississippi Mud Cake" or "Rocky Road Cake.: It's simply a very rich, delicious chocolate cake frosted with a thick pecan studded chocolate frosting. Most importantly, it's a no fail cake.
With weekend guests arriving I decided to inaugurate my new cake pan. Horror of horrors - a disaster! Surely the oven was on the blink. What else could have caused the bottom of the cake to be burned and the center soggy?
I hurriedly mixed another batch, refilled the cake pan and ran next door to use my friend and neighbor's oven. You guessed it - the same. She assured me that her oven was working perfectly.
Frustrated, quite out of sorts, and almost out of flour, I mixed another batch, poured the batter into my old $2.99 cake tin, and in 35 minutes had a perfect cake.
Attempts to return my pricey All-Clad were met with cold stares. All-Clad? All bad.
Incredible!

Does not worth the price.
I love this bowl!
Wonderful! These one quart bowls are perfect for beating eggs or blending a sauce. I have not yet tried using these for a double boiler, but it looks like a possibility.

And, nothing beats the All-Clad round cake pan for preparing a perfect double or single layer cake. We've found that the heat distributes evenly so that a vanilla cake, for instance, comes out a golden brown all over. Further, it comes otu easily with no sticking.
Another plus is the fact that the surface is impervious to the use of metal utensils - no scratches or marks. Of course, these pans are dishwasher safe.
This baker thinks All-Clad is best.
