I bought this primarily for the whisk, I REALLY needed a nylon whisk. The pan and whisk are great. It heats evently, I love it. It did not come with a lid which was a little disappointing. For the money, they could have included a lid.

My husband got me this pan for Christmas after all of my Circulon pans wore out and it's my favorite pan now!! It cooks well, nothing sticks and it's super easy to clean.

I purchased this product seeking an alternative to an outdoor gas grill, including the taste of foods cooked on a grill. With that in mind, none of the six or seven steaks I've cooked so far even come close to that taste. The Anolon Grill Pan gets very hot on an electric stove, cooking the steak much too quickly. The steak is tough as a result (even with meat tenderizer). Playing with the temperature settings hasn't worked - the lowest setting hardly cooks the food while a slightly higher setting is suddenly too hot again. On top of that, the nonstick surface seems to add a flavor of it's own - a sharp taste that certainly doesn't appeal to me (even A-1 Steak Sauce doesn't hide it).

On the plus side, this pan is a very well built, quality, product. If you're used to cooking with nonstick pans, you'll certainly be satisfied with it. However, if you're seeking the outdoor grill taste, keep searching.
