Made me happy!
Healthy, Relaxing & Bargain Priced--Who Could Ask For More?I use this ulta-spa without water for a ryhthmic circulation massage, with water and enjoy the heated lining, ( I add a few drops of patchouli oil for aroma and aid to circulation )--but the best part of this set to me is the included foot care kit! The loofah alone is f-"ahhh"-bulous. Amazon.com has this at a great price. Wet or dry, you're gonna love this.

Wow - a great buy!
A Lightweight, Effective Product! The massager is long enough for the user to reach down to about the middle of the back. It is useful for those seeking an invigorating massage (try all of the six attachments to determine which ones work best for you), as well as for those wo want relief from pain.
The heating element is sufficient to provide some warmth -- it never really gets hot enough to redden or harm the skin.
The massager uses AC power -- no batteries.
I highly recommend this massager. It is a great value for the money!

Perfect for tired and achy backs
great product, thoughtless shippingMy HoMedics BMS-10H Body Masseur 10-Motor Back Massager with Heat HoMedics, arrived by my front door with a packing slip and shipping label slapped onto the outside of the product packaging. No, there was no brown cardboard box surrounding it. Just the product box. Advertising to everybody, even the recipient of the gift, what was in the package. :o(

Read the product descriptions carefully1> the "infrared heater" is not even in the bath itself. See the palm-sized dark red thing on top of the unit, near the middle? That has some lights in it that eventually get warm. Its function, apparently, is to rest your heels on so they get warm. It is outside the water line, so you can't use this feature while having your feet in the water. I found this to be sort of lame.
2> if you look at the picture, you will see two gray circles at the top of the unit. Those are the massagers, as they spin. They are not in the bath unit, so you have to take your feet out of the bath to use them.
The whole unit vibrates, if you want it to. But this just gives you a numb feeling. Those blue squiggly tubes you see in the picture on the bottom of the foot bath.... they are stationary tubes with holes in it that release bubble if you want them to.
I guess I was mostly disappointed than anything, but I could have read more carefully. I just wanted to write something so someone else doesn't assume what I assumed, that you could get massage, bubbles, and heat at the same time. I guess you could have bubbles and vibration (but no massage) at the same time, and if you poured in hot water you could have heat too. But this is not the same as what I expected, which, again, was mostly my own fault.

Foot RejuvenatorAfter surgery my foot was stiff, sore and I couldn't bend my toes. After soaking, the heat and massagers helped me gain more flexibilty and eased my throbbing foot. I recommend it to anyone who wants a great product to sooth your feet at the end of the day (or after surgery). :)

Don't waste your money!!The only up side.....I liked the color!!
A Big DisappointmentThe vibrating massage works fine, but that's all that works. The bubbles work until the feet go in. Once the feet are in, no more bubbles. The heat will not keep warm water warm. The "infrared" heat is also barely warm. I felt like it did nothing at all.
It is certainly possible that this unit is defective, but for both the bubbles and heat to be defective says a lot about quality control.
I did not try the attachments.

Ice cold and quite loudUpon assembling and starting up the unit, I was pleased to see the thousands of bubbles that filled my tub. Although the unit was *extremely loud*, I overlooked this in anticipation of a relaxing spa experience.
Upon entering the bathtub (which I had filled with hot water minutes earlier), I was shocked to find that the water had already turned cold. Upon further investigation, I realized that the air being pumped through the Homedics unit and out to the spa mat was producing *ice cold* bubbles, which quickly turned my relaxing hot bath into an arctic nightmare.
I am not a fan of cold baths, and can find no use for this product.
If you like very cold and loud baths, then this product is for you. If you enjoy taking baths to RELAX, you might want to check out another product.

Dangerous Item
DON'T BUY THIS THING...SERIOUSLY!SOO..THE VERY FIRST TIME I USE THIS THING IT BREAKS. Seriously, I added water to it (no fill line indicator so I made it reasonably deep) turn on the heat and bubbles, stick in one foot..and the next thing I know...KABLOOEY...everything starts working at once. None of the buttons on the remote control or touchpad would operate. Had to unplug it to shut the nutty thing off. Husband thought it was funny since he wanted me to buy the cheaper one...but I was TICKED!
This thing is about as robust as my Aunt Agnes trick hip.
Don't buy it...for the love of God.

I contacted Homedics to give them my feedback and got this generic reply: "Unfortunately, we do not sell direct, so any type of refund must come from the place of purchase."
If you like cold baths and loud noise, this unit is for you. Otherwise, you may want to consider another product if your purpose is to relax in the tub.

Relaxing but not good if you have a plastic kind of tubI too noticed that the air tended to cool the water, but solved this problem by running the bath hotter than I normally would. Overall I like it although it isn't something you use for a "quick" bath.
