Maybe I'm crazy, but....
I just don't like it!!! I tried it on my neck and I just couldn't get it adjusted to feel good. Adjusting is not easy...you have to get up and figure out where the thingy is and it's frustrating. The massage heads are HARD and not cushioned well at all and after a while it's just irritating. The noise...oh yeah...that's very relaxing...GRRRRR GRRRRRR!!!!!

I bought it for my husband (OK...it was a selfish gift), but he couldn't stand it and I swore I'd prove to him how great it was...well...I couldn't do it!

So, there it sits and sits and sits...til the day I throw it in the give-away pile.

Save your money!

Didn't do anything for me
I tried this but didn't care for it. I love to have my neck massaged, but I just couldn't get comfortable with this - the masaging heads are hard and limited in adjustment capability. I was hoping I could use it on my feet, too, but it definitely isn't intended for that.

Great little massager!!!
This massager is a great invention! It works just like two thumbs and really massages deep to get rid of those muscle knots!!!
If you get headaches because of tension in your neck, and it feels better to have someone rub out the knots, this is the perfect machine for you. It's adjustable in width so that it fits just perfectly around your neck.
I highly recommend it! Some reviews mentioned a "noise" which I barely noticed at all!
Give it a try!

I am pleased with this product overall....
I received this for Christmas, and I first used it without the attachments, so I felt it was nothing special. I also did not like the fact that it does not have a line to let you know how much water to put inside. When you turn the unit on and the bubbles start if it has too much water it makes a mess.

Then I got smart and decided to pull out the accessories. The pumice stone is nice. When you use your foot to apply pressure to the stone it starts to spin by itself, all of the attachments are motorized. The infrared light was relaxing. Overall I like the product, the manufacturer could make some improvements, lower the volume a little and it would have received 5 stars.

BLISS!!
My husband just bought this spa for my birthday and I am sooooo addicted to it already! I wear high heals a lot for my new job and there is nothing in the world like coming home to soak my feet in this! You fill it with warm water and a heater on the bottom keeps the water the same temperature while in use. You can choose between three options on the control dial. 1. Heat/Infrared/Massage 2. Heat/Infrared/Massage/Bubbles (my personal favorite) 3. Heat/Bubbles. The infrared is the lighted red area on the center console where you can place your foot to receive hot, deep and penetrating direct treatment. I usually rest my heels on it for a few minutes at a time. Above the infrared heat is a little pedicure station. You place a little attachment on the opening and with the pressure of your foot...it spins. There are three attachments...a foot brush, a pumice stone, and a nubby massager. (Refer to the picture to see where the pedicure station is located). The bottom of this foot spa is very nubby...it has lots of acupressure points. Of course you can always lift out the bottom sections and replace them with foot rollers!! Now honestly, doesn't this sound like heaven? My husband is a marathon runner and he uses it too. So guys, this is great for after a gym workout or for an injury. I love mine because I have an old ankle/foot injury and this really soothes the pain after being on my feet all day. I seriously wish we had a ten star rating; this one deserves it. TIP: I also bought Homedics Paraffin spa. I bought the big one with enough room for feet and hands. I think if you really want to have a home salon...these two products together are perfect. I believe HoMedics is the best brand of foot spas. I asked my friend who's a nurse and she told me HoMedics is doctor recommended. So beware of cheap imitations. I looked at all of them and this one was suggested to me as the best. I'll review the Paraffin Spa soon...

A spa treat for tired worn out feet!
This is a pampering spa for your tired, aching feet. There are a number of treatment options to soothe and restore your feet. You can fill the spa with warm water and enjoy a warm calming hydrotherapy session, or turn on the vibration, vibration plus heat, or vibration plus heat and jet-action bubbles.

Then, for a rejuvenating pre-pedicure soak, you can use the scrub brush, pumice stone or all-purpose massager to pamper your feet to tootsie bliss.

The perfect gift for anyone in the family. We gave one to my mother-in-law last Christmas and she says she uses it all the time. This is the perfect winter retreat for your feet!

Big and heavy
This product works well but is quite cumbersome. The extra long cord makes it easy to plug in and use anywhere.

shirley in Cuero Tx
have tryed this one and several others the moving massagers are to big and it seemed harder to use so I went with the homedics pa200h it is not so bulky in my oppion though they both do a wonderful job on tired feet and sore backs.

A Homedics Product to Enjoy!
I use a lot of Homedics products, as I find them so reliably useful. This massager is no exception, offering a little lighter intensity massage for people who are sensitive to really deep massage. It is less intense than the Homedics Percussion massagers. I find it particularly useful to set down on the bed against some cushions and work on my low back. It is a little heavy, but that can be an advantage, as you don't have to push on it at all in order to get the pressure you need when working your neck and shoulders. All in all, a good product for the more senstive user.

Instructions would be nice....
Well, it comes with all the fun little things, but the unit itself comes with no instructions, so I wasn't too clear on WHAT you were supposed to use it for. Calluses? Foot in general? Toenails? Sandpapering toenail polish off? (That DOES work, by the way, tried it for all those purposes, but I don't know if that's what it's intended for).

Whatever it's supposed to do, it does, I guess. I'm not very impressed, though.

Good product reasonable price!!!!
I purchased this product a few days ago. I find it to work well. The attachments serve their purpose. The Candal smells nice and the music cd i find to be quite relaxing. The foot brush works well to. The peppermint lotion is cool as well. However i feel that 2 AA batteries (not included) are quickly consumed by the hand held unit. (Keep more on hand) Maybe a larger battery compartment is in order. But, all in all if find this product very effective and nice to use.

Poor Quality SM 200 AND SM 100
I first bought the adjustable SM 200, and loved it, and stripped the gears within 3 days! Then the motor wouldnt work except in slo mo, intermittently. Ok, so I'll send this back to HomeMedics for repair. In the meantime, I couldnt live without the great, deep shiatsu massage this device provides, so I bought the basic SM100. Again, within 3 days I had stripped the gears. And I only use it attached to the back of my chair. It gets pretty warm after a few minutes. Did I abuse the product? I dont think so. Not worth getting it repaired. Sorry.

Doesn't do the job
The machine did not offer enough pressure or flexibility for use.

The instructions indicate you are to rest your neck or foot in between the rollers. While the effect was mildly pleasant and relaxing it certainly didn't massage adequately. The pressure was very weak. Same experience using it on my feet.

Save your money for something better.

Not good enough
Homedics makes a wonderful shiatsu back massager so I figured this neck massager would be great...wrong. BROOKSTONE makes a great massager with many shiatsu "fingers" that cover a larger area and massage up and then down your neck again so that your neck doesn't get numb or sore. This massager only rubs in a constant circular area so that about every 5 minutes you find yourself moving your entire body up or down several inches to find a new spot, which is not relaxing at all. So, I figured...well I'll try it on my tired calves which doesn't work because the space between the massager stems is too small for an adult calf. And, there is no way to get this thing to rub your feet at all. I'm taking it back to the store today and then I'm going to the mall to fork over $60 for the Brookstone.

Homedics Total Spa Facial Sauna/FootBath & Manicure Set
The set as a whole, is great for the money. First, I have 2 other Homedics manicure sets. I bought this set primarily for the manicure set because I could not find my other Homedics manicure set that I loved. This set works great. It has a lot of power for a rechargeable manicure set. The foot bath, Is nice, but don't get it thinking its going to be like a hot tub. I thought it would be as strong as a hot tub, but no. But it's still nice because it has 2 settings. A setting for massage, or a setting without massage. The facial sauna is a little big for some faces. I tried positioning myself different ways to really feel steam but my face does not cover the whole opening so lots of steam escapes through the sides, and doesn't reach my face at all.

Ehh, Better than nothing
I got this because I am on my feet all day long. The good points... its well built. The bad points...the Vibrating massage is not strong enough for any real help ,the acupressure roller is at a odd place making you put your foot at a weird angel that hurts more than helps, and the infrared heat is more like a red light than any real help. You are better off soaking in a nice hot bath tub.

It's just OK
I received the VibraSpa as a Christmas gift. It works ok. The vibration was mediocre and the infrared heat was barely heat at all. I would have been much happier with the bubble spa. I would recommend putting in very warm water because once the water hits unit, the water temp drops dramatically.
